How to reset your Microsoft Solitaire FreeCell stats in Windows 10
Freecell is a built-in Windows 10 solitaire game under the Microsoft Solitaire collection. In some cases, you may want to reset your progress but it’s a little difficult to find. Don’t worry, today, we’re going to show you a way you can reset your statistics within your system. Let us know if the below guides help you!
Usually, FreeCell is a solitaire card game played using the standard 52-card deck. Fundamentally, it’s different from most solitaire games because very few deals are unsolvable, and all cards are dealt with you face-up from the very start of the game. The standard deck for FreeCell is 52 cards, with four open cells and four open foundations. There are some variations to this.
Using the Windows version of FreeCell is no different, the rules can be configured differently, however for the most part, the above rules are in play during the Windows 10 version of the game.
Now onto the main part, we are wanting to reset your FreeCell statistics from within the game, you will need to do the following to ensure that you’re stats are wiped. The following has been taken from the Microsoft Troubleshooting community.
- Reset your FreeCell statistics within the App Settings
1) Press the Windows Key + I on your keyboard. (Or search for Settings).
2) Once in, select ‘Apps’ or ‘Apps and Features’.
3) Scroll down till you see ‘Microsoft Solitaire Collection’ and click ‘Advanced Options’.
4) Press the ‘Reset’ button.
Please note: All your stats will be reset upon doing this.
